1.200.000 man hours. Major Akaer participation from 1999 to 2004, with allocation of own team inside Embraer to develop almost 70% of the E-190 fuselage length and various segments as technical responsible.

650.000 man hours. Design and engineering: Vertical Fin, Horizontal Stabilizer, Elevator, Tabs, Empennages, Leading Edges and Central Fuselage II. Supported Embraer up to Type Certification (FAR/JAR 25) on segments: Central Fuselage, Horizontal / Vertical Tails, Elevator and Tabs, Structural substantiation, detail design, technical reports and all engineering documentation.

Embraer ERJ 145

220.000 horas trabalhadas. Engenharia e projeto: Estabilizador Vertical e Horizontal; Profundores; Leme; Bordos de ataque das empenagens, Fuselagem Central II. Suporte para a Embraer até a Certificação Tipo (FAR/JAR 25). Segmentos: Fuselagem Central, Estabilizador Vertical e Horizontal; Profundores; Leme, comprovação estrutural, detalhamento de projeto, relatórios técnicos e toda documentação de engenharia.

Boeing 747/8 (Aernnova)

150.000 man hours. Akaer allocated teams to work on Vitoria-Spain and Everett-USA to develop Wing Box and Fuselage.

5.000 men hours. Development of Harness and Bracket design check; Harness design quality check of fixed and movable brackets.

85.000 men hours. Development of APU/Strake, fuselage structural reinforcements, Wing-fuselage fairing modifications, Fixtures for antennas, basic /mission wiring, MAS system. Interiors and primary structure modification for Mission racks, electrical racks, galley, lavatory, wardrobe, windscreen, seat and ceiling.

80.000 men hours. Development for Chilean and Colombian Air Forces of: New electronic compartment, Resize the wing inspection windows, Installation for laser range-finder, countermeasures dispensing system, electro-optical turret, cockpit armor shield, Fatigue and damage tolerance reports.
